<p>Looking for a new member of staff to work along side the rest of the team to boost sales, maintenance of inventory and after sales customer service.</p>
<p><b>Job Responsibilities and Duties</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Taking inbound calls and emails from customers regarding online orders, monitoring and responding to customer reviews.</li>
<li>Taking customers details and payments via phone</li>
<li>Support the implementation of website updates, including layout changes, new feature integrations, and maintenance tasks.</li>
<li>Assist in uploading and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, images, and prices</li>
<li>Invoicing of sales and purchase orders</li>
<li>Daily stock routines</li>
<li>Maintaining general documents for the wider business</li>
<li>Providing support to other staff</li>
<li>General office duties, including customer returns</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications and Skills</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Good numeracy and IT skills, particularly Excel spreadsheets</li>
<li>Excellent customer care skills and relevant past experience ideally</li>
<li>Fast and accurate data entry and assimilation</li>
<li>The ability to plan, prioritize and organize work</li>
<li>Excellent time management</li>

<p>Martin Dawes Ltd are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to take on a Service Administrator role at our Doncaster Service Centre. The role requires the candidate to provide an efficient administrative service by working with a team of engineers, triaging faults over the phone, booking service calls and dealing with customers who have products in for repair. The successful candidate must have excellent inter-personal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills. The role also involves the completion of online reports to ensure all repairs are complete to deadline. Candidates must therefore be able to work effectively towards targets and provide feedback to suggest and initiate change to improve performance. Excellent customer service skills are essential, and knowledge of household electrical appliances would be a great advantage.</p>
<p><b>Main Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>&#8211; Manage incoming calls to the depot</p>
<p>&#8211; Organise and create Field engineers&rsquo; job route&rsquo;s</p>

Miele Professional is in an exciting growth phase and the role will be pivotal in the continued success of the GB&amp;IE group. Miele Professional cares for our commercial customers with the most reliable and sustainable solutions. Our customers are wide with varying needs, such as care homes, education establishments and laboratories, and some brand names you may have heard of like McDonalds, Premier Inn &amp; Pets at Home to name a few.</p>

You will be responsible for working closely with the existing sales team and marketing team in Miele Professional to help identify new opportunities and sectors in which Miele Professional can deliver customer solutions, win new profitable business and create enduring business relationships. You will do this through identifying and contacting potential new business for Miele Professional by building and maintaining an ever-growing new business database and pipeline and work with our partners for the fulfilment of orders.</p>

The purpose and responsibilities of this role:</b></p>

To be successful in this role you should have a clear history of delivering great results within a challenging sales environment on a national or large territory basis. Be passionate about exceeding targets and building great business relationships and bring experience of driving businesses through clearly identified business development planning. This could also include supporting or leading on bids and tenders for National Accounts.</p>

Experience of implementing a multi-faceted promotional calendar with a capable marketing team including attendance at industry events, ensuring maximum exposure at all levels within the sector. This will include national travel and occasional attendance in Ireland.</p>
