<li>Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, which must include Microneedling and Chemical Peels. If you do not hold the Level 4 qualification, then Dermalogica will fund this as part of your development, as it will be a fundamental part of the role. This training is worth &pound;3,200.</li>
<li>You will have at least 2-year management experience, ideally within a retail environment.</li>

<p>
The Social Media and Community Manager position is key in our organisation and oversees all the Dermalogica UK &amp; IRE social media platforms. This role requires an equally creative and analytical mindset for a fast-paced, always-on role within the UK Marketing Department. We are looking for a hands-on, creative, social media enthusiast who loves digging into the data as much as they love creating content.</p>

The responsibilities of the Social Media and Community Manager&hellip;. Could this be you?</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and lead the UK social media strategy.</li>
<li>Own the social media schedule, working closely with the Marketing Manager, Communications Manager and Influencer Manager&ndash; weaving our brand stories into all social initiatives and ensuring content is led by the brand calendar (including but not limited to driving in-store purchases, traffic and conversions to dermalogica.com, supporting our professional salon channel and our PR teams&#8217; influencer activity).</li>
<li>Develop original content for the channels &ndash;focusing on repurposing influencer content and UGC from the Dermalogica community (in alignment with the Influencer Manager), as well as utilizing brand assets from our Global team, briefing into the graphic design team and creating in-house video and static content for all platforms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments (i.e. sales and education) to support total business activities.</li>
<li>Oversee all aspects of community management; moderate comments and private messages daily, alongside engaging with our audience in the Dermalogica brand voice efficiently to create a true digital community with our fans and followers.</li>
<li>Proactively comment on relevant accounts to help amplify the brand within skincare&#8217;s digital landscape.</li>
<li>Regularly (weekly and monthly) report on performance metrics for the channels by analysing data and using your learnings to create more content that excels.</li>
<li>Tracking organic sales from social to the brand eCommerce site.</li>
<li>Support brand influencer initiatives by working with agencies and the in-house PR team by helping facilitate relationships with suitable on-brand influencers and integrating their user generated content into the content calendar.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the Paid Social Media Manager to develop and execute the paid social campaigns, with a focus on complimenting the paid activity, maximising budget to reach monthly KPIs, and CRM with relevant organic storytelling.</li>
<li>Constantly monitor all platform developments &#8211; including the adoption of new features and other technologies as they become available.</li>
<li>Develop and implement promotions, giveaways and likeminded brand-collaborations to drive follower count on social platforms.</li>
<li>Attend company events where relevant to provide on-the-spot coverage for the brand i.e. new store openings/pop up events/awards ceremonies.</li>
<li>Have an always-on approach to social, there may be times where time is required outside of the usual office hours (evenings and weekends).</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Do you have the below skills?</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to collaborate and build strong inter-departmental relationships in a large company</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to think creatively and execute tasks while using a data-driven mindset to guide future programs, posts, and campaigns</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong eye for design and aesthetics; photography and photo/video editing skills a plus</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Passion for the luxury skincare, health and beauty industries; experience in one or more of these industries is ideal</li>
</ul>

<li>Must be detail oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines</li>
</ul>

<li>Kind and encouraging working style</li>
