• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and managing project calendars.
• Prepare regular portfolio status reports and presentations, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, and issues.
• Assist in resource planning, allocation, and tracking, while consulting with the finance team to maintain accurate budget trackers.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO processes and methodologies, ensuring consistent use of tools and templates.
• Organise and facilitate monthly Change Board meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and action tracking.

• 1-2 years of project coordination experience; prior PMO experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable with change.

• A project management/PMO qualification (obtained or working towards).
