<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our rapidly growing Qualifications Division.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with the ability to delivery on a variety of projects and activities.</p>
<p>The Quality Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the company&rsquo;s products and services meet the required standards and satisfy customer expectations. Their primary responsibility is to designing, creating, developing and maintaining the MRMC Quality Management System, as well as provide training and staged roll out of QMS. The successful candidate will have experience and proven success in as many of these areas as possible.</p>
<p><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Designing, creating, developing and maintaining the MRMC Quality Management System</li>
<li>Providing training and staged roll out of QMS</li>
<li>Ensuring the MRMC Quality processes and procedures are in compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, MRMC QMS and Nikon requirements</li>
<li>Designing, implementing and scheduling internal audits</li>
<li>Managing Nikon audits</li>
<li>Ensuring the MRMC QMS demonstrably meets business requirements</li>
<li>Ensuring all QMS procedures are accurately recorded, reviewed, utilised and revised</li>
<li>Driving Quality event investigations, outcomes and effectiveness checking</li>
<li>Point of contact for all QMS matters</li>
<li>Actively participates in continuous improvement</li>
<li>Participates in the training of colleagues on the requirements surrounding investigations, documentation and records management</li>
<li>Communicates best practices to staff during department meetings and assists in group training as directed</li>
<li>Performs analysis of data (monthly metrics)</li>
<li>Ensures documentation is current and available for use</li>
<li>Coordinates and records management activities to ensure effective and efficient compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li>
<li>Reviews and maintains records retention schedules; and participates in maintaining compliance to corporate and site document and records management programs, systems and procedures</li>
<li>Performs routine internal audits and generates reports to management</li>

<p><b>SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</b></p>
<p><b>Education</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required in either Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Business or Electronics</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Professional Skills</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3 years&rsquo; experience with Quality, and Regulatory field would be advantageous</li>
<li>Building a QMS for ongoing maintenance and management</li>
<li>Updating, improving and compiling SOP&rsquo;s</li>
<li>Internal Auditing</li>
<li>Quality systems training</li>
<li>Leading quality improvement projects</li>
<li>Experience and knowledge of standards and regulations in Engineering and Electronics (Global Customer Base)</li>
<li>Demonstrable knowledge of investigation techniques</li>
<li>Experience with compliance assessments, gap assessments and risk management assessments beneficial</li>
<li>Experience with program change management practices, lean or six sigma, program, and system integration efforts beneficial</li>

<p><b>Overview and Purpose of Role</b></p>
<p>Working as part of the electrical production team, you will be responsible for the fault finding and diagnostics and wiring of our ground support equipment including our EV (Electric Vehicles) on the factory production lines.</p>
<p><b>Main Duties and Responsibilities</b></p>

<p>&middot; Assemble a variety of different components in the Finishing end of production according to customer specification.</p>
<p>&middot; Experience in AC/DC electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics.</p>

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator.</div>

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the governance of strategic technology projects within the PMO. You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include providing frameworks, tools, and direct assistance to manage the project lifecycle effectively.</div>

Key Responsibilities</div>
<ul>

Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and managing project calendars.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>
Prepare regular portfolio status reports and presentations, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, and issues.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>
Assist in resource planning, allocation, and tracking, while consulting with the finance team to maintain accurate budget trackers.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>
Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO processes and methodologies, ensuring consistent use of tools and templates.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>
Organise and facilitate monthly Change Board meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and action tracking.</div>
</li>
</ul>

<div>
Experience, Skills &amp; Qualifications</div>
<ul>
<li>
<div>
1-2 years of project coordination experience; prior PMO experience is a plus.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable with change.</div>
</li>
</ul>

Desirable:</div>

A project management/PMO qualification (obtained or working towards).</div>
