<p><b>Role Summary</b></p>
<p>Class 2 experience is a requirement, as this role includes a variety of collections and deliveries at our depots.</p>
<p>The role is contracted at 39 hours a week on a day shift Monday to Friday.</p>
<p>Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.</p>
<p><b>Key Tasks</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring all driving activity is carried out in a safe, compliant and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Taking accountability to ensure vehicle safety checks and housekeeping have been carried out before any work is undertaken.</li>
<li>Ensuring your PPE is worn at all times.</li>
<li>To manage and control safe deliveries and collections.</li>
<li>To work in liaison with the Depot Operations Manager to ensure the unloading and reloading of vehicles are carried out in a timely manner and movements are properly recorded.</li>
<li>To adhere to Drivers Legal Requirements (i.e. breaks, tachographs and working time directive).</li>
<li>Report any vehicle defects to the Fleet Manager.</li>
<li>To carry out any activities on behalf of the Company, when dealing with customers and other team members in a professional and polite manner and always representing the business positively.</li>
<li>Ensuring all delivery/collection paperwork is completed in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications and Experience</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Full UK Driving license with Class 2 entitlement (category C)</li>
<li>Have at least 1 year of proven experience driving class 1</li>
<li>Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card</li>
<li>No more than 3 points on license</li>
<li>Have at least 1 year of warehouse experience</li>
</ul>

<li>To maintain, repair and service KARL STORZ devices and associated products in the Electronics Repair Facility and maintain the organisation of the department.</li>

<li>Perform repairs and rectification work as per KARL STORZ service manuals, procedures and work instructions to ensure equipment is functioning to specification whilst adhering to any specific Service Level Agreements.</li>

<p>We are seeking a qualified Electronics Repair Engineer within our Electronics repair team to perform repairs, maintenance and servicing on KARL STORZ devices and products whilst adhering to KARL STORZ service guidelines.</p>
<p><b>Your responsibilities will include:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>To maintain, repair and service KARL STORZ devices and associated products in the Electronics Repair Facility and maintain the organisation of the department.</li>
<li>Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance as per KARL STORZ service manuals, procedures and work instructions.</li>
<li>Perform repairs and rectification work as per KARL STORZ service manuals, procedures and work instructions to ensure equipment is functioning to specification whilst adhering to any specific Service Level Agreements.</li>
<li>Create Service/repair reports in our in-house systems.</li>
<li>Increase and maintain knowledge on new products and devices in terms of functionality, repair, implementation and utilisation.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications and Experience:</b></p>
<p>&middot; A minimum of 1 year experience in Electronics Engineering specifically in Repairing electronic devices and products.</p>
<p>&middot; A qualification in Electronics Engineering.</p>
<p>&middot; Background of operating in an engineering service role with a knowledge of connectivity and networking of PC based systems.</p>
<p>&middot; Proficient level of computer literacy</p>
<p>&middot; Exposure and experience of operating in an ISO13485 and 9001 regulated environment would be a distinct advantage</p>

<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Administrator to support our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of HR-related administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.</p>
<p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p>

<li>Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Assist with new hires, terminations, changes in employee data, benefits enrolment and onboarding new employees.</li>
<li>Scheduling and delivering inductions</li>
<li>Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.</li>
