<p><b>The Role:</b></p>
<p>The main purpose of this role is to provide customer service and support for clients, guiding them through the buying process right from the first visit through to advice on laying the tiles once delivered with a truly consultative approach.</p>
<p><b>Duties include:</b></p>
<p>&#8211; Providing expert advice about our range or products to meet the design brief of the client.</p>
<p>&#8211; Seeking solutions to customers tile projects, seeking out the best product from our range.</p>
<p>&#8211; Building client relationships; following through the sale from the initial enquiry, securing the order and organising delivery.</p>
<p>&#8211; Work as part of a fast paced and close team offering product and technical advice.</p>
<p>&#8211; Answering customer calls, confirming orders, dealing with email inquiries, processing payments, arranging samples to be dispatched, chasing sales leads and providing aftercare service.</p>
<p><b>Experience: </b></p>
<p>You do not need prior industry experience before you join as we provide a comprehensive training programme to familiarise you with our product range. Having a creative flair with an eye for colour would be an advantage.</p>
<p>We look for people that thrive in a sales and customer focused environment and pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service to secure the deal. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, sales driven, have the ability to prioritise tasks, have excellent communication both written and verbally, high levels of organisation and be computer literate with a good understanding of basic maths.</p>

<p>As our business expands, we are in search of new Warehouse Operatives to support the Warehouse Manager &amp; Assistant Warehouse Manager.</p>
<p>The <b>warehouse operative </b>will ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and customer demand.</p>
<p><b>ACCOUNTABILITIES</b></p>
<p>This role will involve the following responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and containers.</li>
<li>Breaking down pallets.</li>
<li>Picking and packing: Using handheld scanners to pick orders for delivery.</li>
<li>Building and wrapping stock onto pallets for delivery.</li>
<li>Storing stock appropriately.</li>
<li>Move stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck.</li>
<li>Inputting data into computers.</li>
<li>Assisting with stock takes.</li>
<li>Keeping a clean and tidy warehouse and yard.</li>
<li>Working and communicating with different teams within the business daily</li>
<li>General warehouse maintenance duties.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Essential Skills &amp; Experience</b></p>

<li>Previous experience in a similar role.</li>
