<p>The KFP helpdesk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week (excluding Christmas Day). This position works a shift pattern, which will be based on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern &#8211; either 8am-8pm, 3pm-3am or 8pm-8am.</p>
<p><b>Your key tasks and responsibilities will include: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring tickets are resolved in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)</li>
<li>Always providing excellent customer service, striving to exceed client and business expectations</li>
<li>Liaising with other internal departments and external partners to resolve tickets when required</li>
<li>On occasion, assisting the Helpdesk Scheduling Assistant with scheduling Field Engineers for site visits when problems cannot be resolved remotely</li>

The role is fast-paced, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple conflicting deadlines is essential. Key qualities for success in this role include strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders of all levels will be required, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are important. Previous experience in retail is desirable.</p>

Key responsibilities:</b></p>

Working as an AV Field Service Engineer, you will ultimately take accountability for providing reactive support and planned preventative visits for some of our customers across the corporate/private, government &amp; retail industries.</p>

This will provide you with a great diversity of customers to support, therefore providing you great variety every day.</p>
</p>

Day-to-day activities:</i></b></p>
<ul>

<p>
Undertake planned preventative maintenance customer visits, keeping their Audio Visual, Video Conferencing and Digital Signage systems maintained</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Work to detect and prevent potential failures before they occur, rectify any known issues and provide feedback on system status and make recommendations for system operation, future usage and reliability</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Carry out reactive support calls to customer sites, to remedy a fault where it can&rsquo;t be fixed via remote support</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Communicate identified faults in a clear and detailed manner to our helpdesk colleagues, whilst also clearly explaining faults to the client</p>

Skills &amp; experience</b></p>

<li>Experience in technical fault finding</li>
<li>Good understanding of computer software and hardware</li>
