What you&#8217;ll be doing</b></p>
<p>
As a key member of the DLG Acquisition Marketing &lsquo;engine room&rsquo; this role will support the PPC and Programmatic Managers in the implementation, measurement, optimisation and administration of marketing activities to deliver marginal ROI for the group. Using online and offline media channels and by leveraging the latest data driven marketing techniques, this role will partner with wider members of the marketing team to deliver effective acquisition campaigns.</p>
<ul>
<li>
Implement and optimise a performance media activities to deliver value for the DLG</li>
<li>
Represent the performance marketing team when needed within retail business (eg Motor, Home, DL4B etc) trading meetings, sharing plans, performance reporting and optimisation tactics, making recommendations for improved success</li>
<li>
Work with external media agencies and content/production providers when needed to deliver relevant and often personalised content to improve campaign performance</li>
<li>
In partnership with the Insight and Effectiveness team, ensure measurement frameworks, benchmarks and tagging is in place to continually improve performance</li>
<li>
Work alongside the Digital Teams to ensure Customer Journeys are aligned to maximise conversion</li>
<li>
Manage team administration (e.g.ebilling, campaign reporting etc) when needed</li>
<li>
Execute all campaigns in line with DLG&rsquo;s risk appetite.</li>
</ul>

What we&#8217;re looking for</b></p>
<ul>
<li>
Experience working with direct-to-customer brands delivering performance activities across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic (performance display/video)</li>
<li>
Ability to provide data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and value to the business</li>
<li>
Excellent communicator with experience presenting strategies and plans to stakeholders</li>
<li>
Experience in working in a data driven marketing organisation with some experience of martech (CDPs, DCRs, DMPs)</li>
<li>
Some experience working with 3rd party performance marketing agencies</li>
</ul>

<li>Provide a technical inspection service to developers where claims have been logged, agree necessary works in relations to remediation and carry out inspections of repairs.</li>
<li>Carry out inspections of works in relation to new build properties at various stages of construction to ensure that a building warranty can be provided.</li>

<p><i><b>Skills and Experience required:</b></i></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience of IT systems including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams and Claims Management Portal Systems (specific training on company systems will be given as required).</li>

<li>Strong understanding of building regulations, construction law and insurance law and their practical applications in the industry.</li>
<li>Able to quickly build positive and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li>

Reporting directly to the Lead Product Owner, you&rsquo;ll:</p>

Own requirements using agile frameworks such as User Story Mapping, Epic &amp; Feature hierarchies, and JIRA management.</p>

Define acceptable quality levels, championing iterative, incremental delivery without over-engineering.</p>
</li>

Support testing and deployment to ensure high-quality production delivery.</p>
</li>

Align with project budgets and commercial KPIs.</p>

Lead stakeholder engagement and communication for your products.</p>

Manage release and go-live dates for assigned products.</p>

What you&#8217;ll be doing</b></p>
<p>
As a key member of the DLG CRM team this role will plan, implement, measure and optimise Customer Marketing initiatives to deliver value for customers and the group.
</p>
</p>
<p>The CRM consultant will report into a CRM Manager and be accountable for designing and managing CRM campaigns that will contribute to the CRM strategy and KPIs. In partnership with the CRM Activation teams, Media and Performance Teams, Data Teams and working with Marketing Managers and Business Units, the CRM Consultant with create a segment-based strategy, plan and roadmap leveraging the latest data-driven marketing techniques and innovations across a mix of BTL, paid and owned channels to improve either customer engagement (NPS), new business retargeting, cross sell, or retention.</p>
</p>
<p>
This role will be critical to a growing CRM Team that will deliver marketing-leading, tactical and always-on campaigns and initiatives that help grow cross-portfolio value for DLG.
</p>
<ul>
<li>Translate and combine business problem statements and customer insights into comms strategies, developing a roadmap of activities across brands and products, by customers segments and cohorts, to deliver value for DLG.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Present and get buy-in for CRM plans across a set of stakeholders across Brand, customer and Product teams, reporting on performance, sharing ideas for improved success and influencing creation of product messaging pipelines.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
In partnership with the Insight, Customer Experience and Effectiveness teams, ensure measurement frameworks, benchmarks, tagging and customer feedback is in place to continually improve and optimise campaign performance.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Work alongside the wider Marketing Team, Digital Teams and agencies to ensure Customer Journeys are aligned to maximise performance/improve customer outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Work with the CRM Activation Team who will build and execute email, SMS and app based campaigns using the latest DLG Martech.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Execute all campaigns in line with DLG&rsquo;s risk appetite.</li>
</ul>

What we&#8217;re looking for</b></p>
<ul>

Experience working with direct-to-customer brands delivering CRM activities across BTL channels (including DM, Email, SMS, and Apps) and ideally paid media channels</li>
<li>
You will be customer obsessed and has basic understanding of data and privacy regs (GDPR, PECR etc)</li>
<li>
Results hungry with experience in working with data and customer journey insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement</li>
<li>
Good communicator and team player with experience presenting strategies and plans to stakeholders</li>

Has owned initiatives end to end from planning, briefing and execution to analysis of results</li>

Joining our Home P&amp;U Team, who are responsible for setting the prices for home policies, you&rsquo;ll utilise your previous experience leading a UK home portfolio to make sure we are best-in-class.</p>

You will be leading on portfolio management of home products which includes:</p>

Being responsible for monitoring our competitiveness and claims performance by customer segment to manage risk of adverse selection and find growth opportunities</li>

Monitoring market and claims trends to ensure risks and opportunities are reflected in pricing and underwriting action</li>

Reviewing our claims costs by rating factor and customer segment to ensure our risk costs for home policies are accurate</li>

Being responsibility for underwriting footprint</li>

Closely monitor portfolio performance and work to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>
Collaborate with the Claims team on claims management, claims fraud and alignment on emerging underwriting trends</li>
<li>
Work closely with the pricing and actuarial teams to ensure that home insurance products are priced appropriately and drive profitable growth through competitive footprint expansion via the use of data-centric solutions.</li>
<li>
Ensure all governance and controls are adhered to, taking accountability for the products compliance.</li>
<li>
Leading, motivating and inspiring both your direct reports and those within the wider P&amp;U function through your breadth of knowledge and expertise</li>

What you&rsquo;ll need</b><br />
We are keen to meet enthusiastic, passionate and curious individuals, and are open to hear from those with specialisms of either pricing or underwriting, key is your breadth of experience and understanding across both areas.</p>

Previous experience within UK personal lines insurance, preferably Home</li>
<li>
Previously managed a portfolio on a segmental basis, with demonstrable experience of making pricing and footprint adjustments as needed and able to demonstrate their impact</li>

Experience utilising your technical and analytical underwriting skill and understanding of pricing as you&rsquo;ll often work in partnership with your pricing colleagues</li>
<li>
Experience of underwriting, either through direct responsibility or alongside colleagues as part of portfolio management</li>
<li>
Knowledge and understanding of technical pricing with the ability to interpret predictive models for pricing and forecasting</li>
<li>
A commercial mentality with the ability to identify risks and opportunities across teams.</li>

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to join our Price Comparison Team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will support the Comparison team and the wider business to ensure commercial success. To ensure DLG maintains meaningful and productive relationships, the role requires some<br />
face-to-face contact, telephone conferences, Teams video calls and external meetings with our largest partners; Compare the Market, Confused.com, Money Supermarket and Go Compare. <p><b><br />
What you&rsquo;ll do</b></p>
</p>
<p>
You will report into the Head of Mobile Apps and you&rsquo;ll work with the team that are responsible for creating and maintaining user-friendly digital experiences. As a Frontend React Native Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the mobile experience for our customers and in this role, you will work on high scale insurance applications for both mobile and web platforms.</p>
<ul>
<li>
You&#8217;ll translate user stories into engaging mobile and web applications and APIs, whilst building the core platform and integrations.</li>
<li>
You&#8217;ll work across the entire software development lifecycle covering requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment and operations.</li>
<li>
You&#8217;ll enhance the team by demonstrating best practice throughout the software development lifecycle.</li>
<li>
You&#8217;ll collaborate with our product team to understand customer problems, assess the feasibility, and increase the product roadmap.</li>
</ul>
<p><b><br />
What we are looking for</b></p>
<ul>
<li>
You have experience building mobile apps using React-Native and working with RESTful APIs.</li>
<li>
You have detailed knowledge of both iOS and Android platforms, regarding areas such as: the store submission process, push notifications, and official design guidelines.</li>
<li>
You have experience building the best mobile and API platforms for expanding customer bases, at pace, whilst following industry best practices and design principles.</li>
<li>
You have Agile development mindset.</li>
<li>
You enjoy helping promote the roadmap.</li>
