<p>You will provide guidance on a wide range of employment law issues including recruitment, termination, discrimination, contract disputes, unfair dismissal, sickness absence, grievances, redundancies, TUPE, performance concerns and disciplinary proceedings.</p>
<p>You will also draft and review employment contract and handbooks, advise on senior exits and support the corporate team with transactional work.</p>

<p><b>Role</b></p>
<p>The firm act for a range of clients appearing before regulatory tribunals and courts in England and Wales.</p>
<p>You will work closely with other senior colleagues and will have responsibility for the operational management of one of the firm&rsquo;s largest clients.</p>
