Purpose of the Role</div>

As Client Manager you&rsquo;ll work on an exciting global F1 title sponsorship (VCARB). You&rsquo;ll be responsible for managing the client relationships, activation plans, projects and client servicing team across our current client, Visa, in Formula 1, specifically the showcar and gaming rig programme. You&rsquo;ll provide daily support and assistance in managing the client&rsquo;s business and to keep day to day activities running smoothly. You will support the wider team in delivery on accounts, managing the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution.</div>

Reporting into the Client Director and Business Director, you&rsquo;ll work closely with the global team on the future vision for the account and how we can unlock more opportunities across EMEA, managing day to day client relationships, owning client connections and relationships and leading by example on client service excellence. This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.</div>

Key Responsibilities</div>

Oversee and direct the client team to effectively and efficiently manage retained client work and project work. This includes but not limited to, race day planning, management of at track branding, merchandise, at and off-track events, programme planning across social, ambassador, PR, on ground activations, showcar and gaming rig assets, working with Visa clients to ensure their deliverables are met and much more.</li>
<li>
Ownership and accountability for client/account fees and activation budgets, responsible for reporting on the commercials of your client responsibilities and being the key point of contact for finance related activities on the account.</li>
<li>
Report on account time on a monthly basis, ensuring that timesheets for yourself and your direct reports are completed on time and accurately.</li>
<li>
Support the new business function by participating in new client proposals and pitch processes and look to build opportunities from current client and new clients from across the business.</li>
<li>
Lead the way in directing marketing initiatives, representing the agency at webinars and conferences and seek opportunities to do so.</li>

Qualifications + Skills</div>

<li>
Experience working with in motorsport and specifically Formula 1 is essential.</li>
<li>
Experience in marketing from either agency side, client side or with a rights holder as well as experience working on sport sponsorships and activation programmes.</li>
<li>
Technical knowledge of sponsorships and partnership marketing, as well as attention to detail and drive to manage and develop existing activation programmes.</li>
<li>
Demonstrable experience in project management and client servicing excellence, a strategic and logical thinker who can provide council to our clients and suppliers in delivering best in class solutions.</li>
<li>
Acumen to look at business performance for our clients and how this can be measured to make sponsorship assets more accountable.</li>
<li>
A team mentality, building high performing teams both through line management and brilliant project work.</li>
<li>

<p><b>About the Role:</b></p>
<p>The Product Manager, R&amp;C APIs is responsible for the coordination and overall management of the functional product development lifecycle for Risk &amp; Compliance&rsquo;s API business. This role reports directly into the Senior Director of Integration Products and will be part of the Risk &amp; Research Product Team and will require regular interaction and liaison with Dow Jones technology team as well as third-party teams.</p>
<p>It is the responsibility of the Product Manager to ensure that both the existing Product features are operating as specified and all new product features are defined, specified, scoped, scheduled, delivered and communicated both internally and to our client base.</p>
<p>Although the role is focused on the API area of our business, the remit will also cover some elements of Feeds product management.</p>
<p><b>You Will:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop the high level requirements for all new API product enhancements and product features, including areas touching the feeds business.</li>
<li>Be responsible for management of the API Product Roadmap and associated delivery and internal testing schedule.</li>
<li>Define the Roadmap Prioritisation and ensure this is clearly understood by relevant Technology partners.</li>
<li>Be a key contributor to the Sprint Planning and Backlog Management, ensuring that agreed priorities are adhered to, minor changes are progressed and the Backlog is maintained to retain Engineering utilisation.</li>
<li>Assist with the communications (internally and externally) of all new feature releases and maintenance of user guides.</li>
<li>Interact with both Sales and Customers to support understanding of contracted products, collect feedback on usage and suggestions for enhancements and expansions.</li>
<li>Work with Sales to develop solutions to customer specific needs, especially with respect to specialized data needs.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>You Have:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>4+ YOE, or exposure, to Product Management with a proven product delivery track record.</li>
<li>Good technical know-how including a good understanding of the full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum).</li>
<li>Strong Project Management experience, with Programme Management capability preferable.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage your own API business.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience in scoping, budgeting, scheduling and delivering complex project implementations.</li>
<li>Ability to understand client and product requirements and influence prioritisation decisions with senior management.</li>
<li>Advanced stakeholder management, managing relationships with senior stakeholders, both within Dow Jones and externally within our clients.</li>

<p><b>About the Role:</b></p>
<p>The Product Manager, R&amp;C Feeds is responsible for the coordination and overall management of the functional product development lifecycle for Risk &amp; Compliance&rsquo;s feeds business. This role reports directly into the Senior Director of Integration Products and will be part of the Risk &amp; Research Product Team and will require regular interaction and liaison with Dow Jones technology team as well as third-party teams.</p>
<p>You will ensure that both the existing Product features are operating as specified and all new product features are defined, specified, scoped, scheduled, delivered and communicated both internally and to our client base.</p>
<p>Although the role is focused on the feeds area of our business, the remit will also cover some elements of API product management.</p>
<p><b>You Will:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop the high level requirements for all new feed product enhancements and product features, including areas touching the API business.</li>
<li>Be responsible for management of the feeds Product Roadmap and associated delivery and internal testing schedule.</li>
<li>Define the Roadmap Prioritisation and ensure this is clearly understood by relevant Technology partners.</li>
<li>Be a key contributor to the Sprint Planning and Backlog Management, ensuring that agreed priorities are adhered to, minor changes are progressed and the Backlog is maintained to retain Engineering utilisation.</li>
<li>Assist with the communications (internally and externally) of all new feature releases and maintenance of user guides.</li>
<li>Interact with both Sales and Customers to support understanding of contracted products, collect feedback on usage and suggestions for enhancements and expansions.</li>
<li>Work with Sales to develop solutions to customer specific needs, especially with respect to specialized data needs.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>You Have:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>+4 years of experience in Product Management with a proven product delivery track record.</li>
<li>Good technical know-how including a good understanding of the full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum).</li>
<li>Strong Project Management experience, with Programme Management capability preferable.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage your own feeds business.</li>
<li>+4 years of experience in scoping, budgeting, scheduling and delivering complex project implementations.</li>
<li>Ability to understand client and product requirements and influence prioritisation decisions with senior management.</li>
<li>Advanced stakeholder management, managing relationships with senior stakeholders, both within Dow Jones and externally within our clients.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the Risk &amp; Compliance industry is a nice to have.</li>
