<p><b>Role: Apprentice Trainee Property Manager &#8211; Full time 30 hours. Mon-Fri &#8211; 10-4pm. </b>To assist the Property Managers in the management of their portfolios of residential apartment blocks and housing estates, whilst learning the skills required to become a Property Manager. There are three levels of apprenticeship you will start on the level most suited to your skills and experience and can work your way through each course, on average it takes 12 months per course. All training is provided at our offices no college attendance is required. Once sufficient skills are acquired a Property Manager role will be offered this could be part way through the apprenticeship, but you would still continue and finish to gain your IRPM qualification. Would suit someone who has recently finished studying either, A level&#8217;s or a degree aged between 18 and 23. You will be based at our Great George Street Bristol office.</p>
<p><b>Main Tasks:</b></p>

<li>Regular meetings with your dedicated online tutor.</li>

<p>Following the expansion of our commercial portfolio, we are looking to recruit an entrepreneurial commercial lettings and sales manager focused on delivering high quality tenants to our northern portfolio. Ideally, successful applicants should have experience in and will be responsible for the following.</p>
<p><b>Commercial Lettings Manager Duties:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Liaising with agents and brokers to secure tenants for the company&rsquo;s assets</li>
<li>To provide marketing strategy to increase the exposure of the company&rsquo;s sites</li>
<li>The negotiation of new leases and renewals</li>
<li>Experience in multiple asset classes including offices, industrial, retail and business centres</li>
<li>Have a good understanding and overview of current property market conditions</li>
<li>Proactively network to increase occupancy throughout the portfolio</li>
<li>Increasing occupancy through referral and existing client base</li>
<li>Liaising with solicitors through the letting process</li>
<li>Provide market analysis for the asset management team</li>
</ul>

<p>YOU MUST HAVE;</p>

<p>Experience of working with landlords, tenants and residents in a social housing sector.</p>
<p>Experience of working with vulnerable or challenging adults.</p>
<p>Experience of working with a diverse range of customers and dealing with a variety of situations.</p>
<p>An ability to manage confidential and personal information appropriately and sensitively.</p>
<p>Excellent time management.</p>
<p>Knowledge of the MS Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel).</p>
