As a Lead Fencer you will be responsible for carrying out the construction, repair, and maintenance of various types of fences and gates, such as wood, metal, and chain link. Your tasks include measuring and marking fence lines, digging postholes, assembling, and installing fence sections, and using a variety of hand and power tools. You will be responsible in preparing sites for installation, clear debris, ensure the ground is level, and clean up after the job is done. This is a physically demanding role and requires working outdoors in different weather conditions and adhering to safety protocols.</div>

The role involves working within the Facilities Management (FM) team to deliver a variety of services to our clients. The Facilities Maintenance division offers a combination of hard, soft, and grounds maintenance services. They will initially be housed in various accommodation bases, known as the transit estate, before being moved to a settled home in the community.
