<p>The primary purpose of the Security Officer is to support the contract, protect client&rsquo;s premises, assets, and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment in accordance with the Assignment instructions. This may involve monitoring and controlling access, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to security incidents or emergencies, whilst always maintaining a quality service.</p>

<li>Monitor surveillance equipment and review footage as necessary.</li>
<li>Make the required check calls and booking on/off calls.</li>
<li>Control access to the premises, ensuring only authorised personnel are allowed entry.</li>
<li>Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and incidents, ensuring the situation is handled appropriately and reported accurately.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with emergency services when required.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse range of people.</li>

<p><b>Quality</b></p>

<li>Ensure that equipment issued to the contract is maintained and used in accordance with the manufacturer&rsquo;s requirements at all times and where supplied, protective cases are used on all relevant equipment.</li>
