Training:</b></p>

As a new Driver your first twelve weeks will be attending our driver training programme, this includes gaining insightful knowledge on the role, meeting the team, practical assessments, safety training, written exams and simulator training.</p>

To ensure you get the best out of the new starter training programme, during the initial twelve week training we do require you to have full attendance during this period. As part of the recruitment process, we will need to understand if you have any prior holidays or commitments before starting in role.</p>

Minimum Requirements:</b></p>

There are some minimal requirements that we require you to meet:</p>

Be over the age of 21</li>
<li>
Be able to work irregular shift patterns which will include nights, weekends &amp; bank holidays</li>

Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points. Furthermore, you must have at least 2 years&rsquo; driving experience.</li>
<li>
You must not have a colour vision deficiency</li>
<li>
The role can be physically demanding, you may be required to climb around 1.25 metres into the vehicle from ground level, using a small foothold and handles.</li>
<li>
There will be times you will be required to also manually use metal levers to operate points on the tracks.</li>

You will play a key role in providing an effective health and safety advisory service, supporting the business in identifying, assessing and managing risks that arise from work activities in line with current UK legislation and best practice.</p>

This is a varied role where you will work alongside the business teams, embedding a first in class positive and proactive safety culture, to ensure everyone is championing safety first. You will work closely with the business to continuously learn and improve our H&amp;S management systems to support ways of working for health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace.</p>

Key accountabilities will include:</b></p>

Support the roll out of communications, upskilling and training where required.</li>

Provide a consistent and competent H&amp;S advisory service to KAM on all health and safety matters, including H&amp;S policy and procedure compliance, safe working practice, risk assessments and accident/Incident management.</li>
<li>
Undertake risk assessments of significant health and safety hazards and establishing effective risk control systems.</li>
<li>
Carry out investigations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>
Undertake worksite / workplace inspections (including occasional on-site visits out of standard office hours).</li>
<li>
Complete statutory reporting duties as required (i.e., RIDDOR and RAIB).</li>
<li>
Contribute to the identification and implementation of safety innovations and improvements.</li>
<li>
Collate and produce H&amp;S data on a periodic basis.</li>
<li>
Keep up to date on legal, regulatory and Industry best practice and support on the delivery of improvement initiatives for KAM.</li>
</ul>

Context</b></p>

Keolis Amey Manchester plans to implement HASTUS on the Scheduling and Daily Operations modules. This project is intended to be implemented in 2 years and will require the presence of an experienced project manager to successfully implement and launch the tool, parameterized and adapted to the KAM specific operating environment.Supported by the local operational and IT teams, the project manager will have to consider not only the functional and training aspects of the implementation project carried out with the software provider GIRO, but will also have to consider change management, business processes, integration and HR aspects.</p>
<p>The position is located in Manchester ant the contract for 2 years</p>

<p><b>Missions</b></p>
<p></p>
<p>Project management and budget steering:</p>
<ul>
<li>As GIRO&#8217;s main contact, He/she will organize and manage the HASTUS implementation project and the associated comitology with GIRO.</li>
<li>He/she will manage the weekly meetings with GIRO and the central team. Normally, the GIRO project manager prepares this weekly meeting, but the KAM project manager must have prepared this meeting and be a full participant,</li>
<li>He/she will organize, prepare and lead the weekly project committee, as well as the monthly steering committees within Keolis, to involve all the CODIR members involved and the main players by department,</li>
<li>He/she will manage the budget with GIRO and internally with Keolis, in particular the development days provided for in the contract,</li>
<li>He/she will manage the project schedule using the detailed GANT,</li>
<li>Functional specifications:</li>
<li>He/she will organize, coordinate and ensure the quality of business specification writing sessions by GIRO with KAM experts in Scheduling, Rostering and Daily Operations,</li>
<li>Thoroughly validate the specifications for the 3 main phases of deployment with experts and decision-makers when it comes to making a structuring choice,</li>

<p>HASTUS training</p>
<ul>
<li>He/she will organize and attend HASTUS training sessions,</li>
<li>Upstream, he will challenge GIRO on the quality of GIRO&#8217;s training courses so that they are adapted to KAM&#8217;s context and needs,</li>
<li>Afterwards, He/she will follow up on these training sessions to ensure that trainees play with the tool the very next day, and never leave it.</li>
<li>He will be the Super Administrator of KAM&#8217;s HASTUS, or will find the right profile available to fill this important and technical role</li>
</ul>

<p>Project integration:</p>
<ul>
<li>Organize and drive forward the Data and Interfaces projects</li>
<li>He/she will anticipate the data collection required to start work in HASTUS from legacy tools, nomenclature issues and data repositories,</li>
<li>He/she will not be the Data and Interfaces expert, which is a separate technical job: as with the business experts, he/she will need to make IT experts available,</li>
</ul>

<p>Deployment:</p>
<ul>
<li>He/she will prepare the deployment phases, by organizing DailyCrew training courses for scheduling end-users, and by training drivers on SelfService</li>
<li>It will anticipate the Knowledge Management project, which may be set up after the implementation and deployment phases, but which will be built up during the implementation/deployment phases and made available to users once GIRO&#8217;s project support has been completed,</li>
</ul>

<p>Change management:</p>
<ul>
<li>He/she will manage and animate the visualization room of the deployment project, the main performance and progress indicators of the project</li>
<li>Coordinate with HR the management of existing profiles and new hires, in order to guarantee the necessary expertise (e.g. to write interfaces, to use the CrewOpt and MinBus algorithmic optimizers, or even RosterOpt or PlanCrew), as some employees are not willing or able to be HASTUS experts</li>
<li>He/she will organize, prepare and lead the weekly project committee, as well as the monthly steering committees within Keolis, to involve all the CODIR members involved and the main players by department</li>
<li>He/she will manage the budget with GIRO and internally with Keolis, in particular the development days rovided for in the contract</li>
