De Vere Beaumont Estate</b> in Old Windsor are seeking an <b>Assistant Night Manager</b> to join the team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the nightly hotel operation, runs smoothly, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, and maintaining our high standards of service.</p>

As Assistant Night manager</b> you will look after our guests and the Hotel between the hours of 10.30pm and 7am, 5 nights out of 7 each week. The big event in 2024 was 3 days all expenses paid trip to Berlin for 9 members of staff.</p>

The Role:</div>

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Internal Auditor to join our Internal audit team. This role will report to the Manager, Internal Audit, EMEA Region, and assists with operational, financial, and compliance audits.</div>

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience, knowledge, and skills in operational, financial, and compliance auditing, and will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Draft and communicate audit findings to Internal Audit management and appropriate process owners/leaders on a timely basis.</li>

Document and/or update business processes flowcharts, narratives, and controls, to reflect current and accurate procedures.</li>

Collaborate with process owners to ensure SOX documentation is kept up to-date for testing and remediation activities.</li>

Perform tests of design and effectiveness for in scope business processes and participate in business process walkthrough meetings.</li>
<li>
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure documentation requests are submitted timely. Escalate potential issues and delays to prevent testing delays.</li>
<li>
Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate an open line of communication regarding pending due dates and questions.</li>
<li>
Assist process owners with remediation activities including status tracking of corrective actions and remediation date for timely testing.</li>
<li>
Demonstrate clear and concise writing and verbal skills to communicate issues in simple terms to clients and team members.</li>
<li>
Provide advisory (consulting) services to business management by proactively evaluating process maturity and identifying and highlighting potential risks and process/control recommendations for any planned changes.</li>
<li>
Assist or lead Compliance projects and investigations in partnership with the Compliance function.</li>
<li>
Collaborate effectively and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Tax, Accounting, Finance, Legal, and regional business leaders.</li>
