What you’ll be doing:

• Lead our nursery teams to deliver outstanding care to all the children in your setting
• Through your inspirational leadership drive employee engagement, retention, and performance in the nursery
• Work in partnership with Recruitment and HR to ensure your nursery is fully recruited,
• Role model and mentor your nursery team to ensure the highest quality early childhood practice and experience for all children, including children with special education needs and/or disabilities

What we’re looking for:

• Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience within an Early Years leadership role (ideally as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, a room leader or similar)
• Experience of participating with a regulatory inspection (not essential)
• Confident decision maker, with ability to support change and the understanding of the complex relationship between business/commerce and service excellence within a regulated setting
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
