The post holder will be responsible for delivering a high quality, commercial HR Advisory Service.</p>

The role is based at one of the cluster Academies and entails working and attending meetings at our academies throughout the area. You will also attend our Head Office in Loughborough (usually one day per week). Dependant on operational needs within the Academies/Head Office, some home working may be available.</p>
