6 month Fixed Term Administrator, SAYE Operations
Job Description
Overview:
The 6 month fixed-term Administrator, SAYE Operations , will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance and maturities for all SAYE events in Share Plans, maintenance and general administration work on clients’ records. The role holder will be responsible for all technical processes and will need to confirm to all regulatory obligations, including but not limited to the CASS rules applicable to the functions.
The role is based from our city centre office in Leeds , so you must be within a commutable distance to allow you to be in the office each week.

- A positive approach and the drive and desire to do a great job
- Working knowledge of the UK equities settlement system (CREST)
- Working knowledge of PRISM, MSL and stock transfer processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues
- Self-motivation and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems
- Excellent attention to detail with a diligent commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility, especially around busy periods and changing business demands
- The IOC qualification
- Research and respond to incoming client or participant enquiries, ensuring that complex issues are explained fully, using the appropriate written style in line with the client’s branding
- Ensure administration is processed to internal and external services standards
- Feed back to the Supervisor if any standards are compromised
- Ensure all complaints that are received are dealt with in accordance with the defined procedures
- Ensure that any incidents or breaches are reported in accordance with procedures
- Investigate and resolve any reconciliation issues, liaising with and reporting any issues to the Supervisor or Manager
- Build, develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in other departments, enabling the completion of tasks and queries
- Ensure email and Pega queries are investigated and answered
- Assist and deal with any ad-hoc duties within the department
- Work as part of the team to reduce backlogs across the department and assist in the introduction of new processes to prevent future backlogs and better efficiency
- Ensure work is carried out within the agreed procedures and timeframes so to meet MUFG Pension & Market Services standards and those recognised at industry level
- Ensure key controls are carried out within the month they are due and that any issues highlighted or addressed are followed through to resolution
Ensure full compliance with internal and external procedures and FCA regulations, including the CASS rules
