Due to an increase in the number of clients we act for, including new accounting and taxation clients we are looking to take on a pro-active, technically sound and experienced accounts and tax manager.

The role will involve taking a highly proactive role in the practice, including mentoring accounts/tax semi-seniors and accounts/tax seniors and reviewing their work and providing feedback and development points for the team to continuously improve.

Being pro-active in ensuring that work flow is maintained through the organisation so that accounts and tax work is completed in an effective and efficient manner.

Providing feedback and training where required, and providing support and guidance to all people working within the accounts and tax teams of the practice.

The role will be full time office based as you will be a key person involved with regular communication with the accounts/tax team, the Management team and with clients.

You will also have excellent client communication skills and be a key contact for our clients.

You will be either ACCA or ACA qualified with more than 5 years post qualification experience. Ideally you will have worked in an Accounting Practice and be used to juggling around various client deliverables and multi-tasking on a daily basis.

You will technically proficient in both FRS102 and with good knowledge of the UK corporation tax regime. Knowledge and experience of personal taxation would be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
