Job Coach – Specialist Support Assistant

Permanent, Full Time 32.5 hours, term time only – £20,704 + £1,140 SEN allowance pa

Plus a £100 welcome payment on successful completion of your 6 months’ probation

Monday and Tuesday 08.45 to 16.30, Wednesday Thursday and Friday 08.45 to 15.15

Working with our Careers and Enterprise team you will provide support to enable young people with

learning difficulties and other disabilities to successfully engage with supported internships, work

placements, carry out tasks at work and develop their independence and ability to progress to work

in the future.

The role also includes engaging with and supporting employers to source and set up new placements

and ensure that appropriate health and safety, safe guarding and monitoring processes are in place.

You must be able to engage with potential employers and secure work opportunities for students.

You will need a car and business insurance.

aged 2-19, who, due to their complex needs, require significant specialist support to succeed
