Application/Project Engineer – Pumps, Valves, Seals

• £45,000 Basic Salary
• Hybrid working arrangements available after probation
• Leading pump manufacturer – Chemical, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, heavy industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large and technically complex requests for quotes and tenders
• Oversee projects from inquiry to completion, ensuring effective communication with relevant teams
• Draft and dispatch quotations while managing orders related to projects
• Interpret customer needs to propose optimal pump solutions
• Handle project documentation, including technical drawings and contracts
• Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
• Address client queries promptly and effectively

Your Experience:

• Mechanical Engineering technical background
• Communication & People skills
• Pumps, Valves, Seals or associated knowledge.
• Project Management skills – Direct experience as a project manager is not required. Great opportunity for Application Engineers, Specification Engineers, Tendering Engineers or Senior Mechanical fitters to progress into a senior role.
