Mangoletsi have been in business almost 60 years dealing daily with some of the most exciting car brands in the UK.

We operate from modern premises between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel (WA16 9NS) There is no local bus service so you will need transport to get to work and back.

Our main objective is to offer complete satisfaction to every single valued Mangoletsi customer.

As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you will ideally possess automotive experience and must be committed to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, have excellent communications skills, be of a smart appearance and have the desire to deliver the highest quality customer care. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

You will be working full time, 8:00am-6:00pm from Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday morning. We will give you training both on site and off site with our various manufacturers where accommodation will be provided free of charge.

A competent Service Advisor has many transferable skills throughout the retail motor industry. It is quite common for a Service Advisor to progress through the ranks to become a Parts Manager, After Sales Manager or Service Manager.

Skills and personal qualities:

• Well organized
• Computer literate
• Ability to deal with different types of customer
• Willingness to learn
• A ‘can do’ attitude to overcome challenges

Qualifications:

• Ideally you will have GCSE A-C (or equivalent) in Maths, English and ICT although this is not mandatory.
