ASK Apprenticeship Advisor
Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Contact and liaise with educational establishments to promote the ASK offer
2. Increase the knowledge of apprenticeships, including pathways involving apprenticeships and any linked programmes as prescribed by ASK policy
3. Engage with careers leaders across the area to support the needs of the educational establishment, matching to the strategy of the ASK Programme
4. Deliver the full ASK offer in educational establishments. All resources provided and training given for delivery of ASK activities
5. Support delivery of the Key Stage 3 PAL Accelerator Programme
6. Increase intelligence across the area regarding apprenticeship strategy, engagement and demand
7. Meet targets of delivery across the geographical area including engaging with educational establishments and the linked outputs as set by the ASK Contracts Manager
8. Ensure the delivery of the programme is reflected on data and evidence systems to show achievement against these KPIs
9. Support the careers sector in the geographical area where appropriate, including supporting Skills Hubs, Careers Boards and Strategic Projects/Programmes
10. Support and contribute to the ASK North and National Teams when and where required
11. Where appropriated, you may be requested to support other business objectives to ensure we meet the obligations to our stakeholders throughout the company.
12. You will support the ASK Contracts Manager on requests to support the wider needs of the ASK Programme.
13. You will be a champion of the ASK Programme and so will act accordingly, along with representing BL Training and the Kleek Group as part of the role.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
