Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a skilled Assembler to join our client in Great Dunmow.

The ideal candidate will possess strong manufacturing experience and be adept at using both hand and power tools.

This role involves assembling various components in a warehouse environment, ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. The Assembler will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the companies operations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to detailed specifications and drawings.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in materials or assembly processes to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working with equipment and materials.

Requirements

• Proven manufacturing knowledge, with experience in assembly preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and assemble components as required.

Hourly rate is paying up to £12.50 per hour (DOE)
