We are currently seeking an experience Associate Dentist to join our fantastic mixed Dental Practice located in Mottingham, SE London. The practice is an fantastically refurbished mixed practice which services a wide patient base across the area, we are close to New Eltam station, and led by our fantastic partner, Dr. Hemmali Patel.

You will receive a great deal of mentorship & support in the practice from our experienced Clinical Partner and will be part of a large multi-skilled team. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly competent and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

The successful candidate will take over the patient list of our Practice Principal, who will be on maternity leave for at least six months. You will inherit a portion of this list long term as the Practice Principal will be working less days on return.

This is a great opportunity to work with a longstanding patient base and establish a long-term position within the practice.

Key Details:

• Start Date: April 2024 (with an option for a smooth transition period leading up to this date)
• Days/Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 am to 17:00 pm
• Initial Term: minimum 6 months maternity cover at 3 days a week
• Future Opportunity: Subject to performance, the role will transition to 2-3 days per week
• Remuneration:

*45% fee split on Private earnings

*50:50 on lab bills

*UDA Rate: (negotiable depending on experience)

Requirements:

– Minimum of 4 years’ experience in general dentistry in UK
– NHS Performer Number
– Proven portfolio showcasing a range of treatments
– Competence in delivering general dental treatments
– Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
– Special interest in endodontics or oral surgery is advantageous as you will have internal referrals as we currently refer out

Practice Features:

– Two modern treatment rooms with inbuilt extraction air units
– Belmont Dental chairs, intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, and X-Smart endodontic motor
– Collaborative team environment with:
– 3 experienced associates (one providing in-house implant and orthodontic treatments)
– 3 hygienists (each with over 10 years of experience)
– 3 skilled dental nurses with over 2 years of tenure at the practice
– 2 Receptionists with 20+ years of dental experience (and previously having worked as dental nurses)
