Associate Position Details:

Days required: Wednesday and Saturday
UDA Quota: Negotiable
UDA Rate: £12 Negotiable
Private Rate: 50%
Laboratory Fee Rate: 50%
Established lists to take over from
Digital Radiography at all sites, new Denstply Sirona Chairs
Computerised with Dentally

2-Year commitment signing on bonus scheme to include one of:
1. Sign on bonus of £5000
2. Company car for 2 years.

6. Fixed private rate of 55% of total gross income
