Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Private Funds Associate to join the London office of their renowned practice.

The firm boasts one of the most comprehensive private funds practices in London, covering private equity, private debt, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate, hedge funds, and regulated funds. Their prestigious client base includes names such as Alchemy Partners, JC Flowers, and Mayfair Equity Partners, among other prominent international firms.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Act as the lead associate on private fundraisings.
• Assist with initial regulatory and tax structuring and jurisdictional analysis.
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation, including limited partnership agreements, side letters, subscription agreements, and offering documents.
• Support other practice groups on private funds aspects of broader transactions, including M&A and secondaries.
