Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Auto Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of new Auto Centre in Bloxwich. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively utilise the resources provided.

Duties

• Lead and manage the centre’s team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and support as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of centre activities, including sales reports and customer feedback.
• Utilise KPI’s for tracking customer interactions, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organised facility.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a resolution in a timely fashion.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a service-oriented vehicle repair environment is essential.
• Familiarity with the MOT scheme and or an a experienced mechanic would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
