We are currently looking for self motivated, vibrant and hard working individuals with no previous experience to join our ever growing company.

What we’re looking for:

A self-motivated, driven and friendly individual, able to adapt to a fast paced working environment and take on the daily responsibilities of a successful sales professional. There is no previous experience required. We’re looking for people from varied professional backgrounds such as retail, hospitality and construction roles looking to start their career in sales.

What does a sales day at Kynex look like?

Start the day at 8:45am. All of our days are started with a motivational sales brief (this is sometimes replaced by a team building game) you will be given a realistic daily target to hit and talk about your goals for the day. For the following hours you and the rest of the sales team will conduct outbound calls from our database of small to medium businesses across the UK. Selling and promoting our products will be your main goal when you’re on the phone, as well as following our sales script and collecting key information from the customer. Your day will be broken up by 2 ten minute breaks and a lunch break at 1pm. After lunch there is another sales brief to catch up on everyone’s targets, as well as a final brief at 5:30pm to finish your day.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling potential customers – conducting outbound calls
  • Utilizing lead generation strategies in your calls and following a script
  • Maintaining a friendly disposition on the phone – building strong relationships with new customers, asking open questions and handling objections
  • Hitting KPI’s and sales targets regularly
  • Working well with our existing sales team – ensuring information is concise and correct

Frequently asked questions:

What is the dress code? We follow a formal and professional dress code at Kynex. Smart shoes are required, as well as trousers and shirts for men, or dresses/trousers/skirts for women. A full dress code is provided before coming in for a face to face interview.

Do I get bank holidays off? YES! You have 28 days of paid holiday, including the 8 bank holidays.

Can I wear false nails/have tattoos on show? Of course! As long as you are on dress code, any false nails or tattoos are acceptable.

Do you offer remote or hybrid work? No we don’t, we have a NEW office based in Fareham and all work is in person.
