Bartender (Part-time)

Job Description

We are looking for creative, friendly and hard-working individuals to join the team at Mantra Club & Lounge!

At our venue, our teams are sociable and friendly with a focus on outstanding customer service, all while having fun with teammates who swiftly become friends.

As a bartender your key duties will include;

• To have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.
• To take orders efficiently and professionally ensuring all information are correct.
• To keep the bar clean and tidy making sure all products are stocked up.
• To promote a good team spirit and good relationship within the bar.
• To inform supervisors/managers of all guest comments and requirements that cannot be resolved immediately.
• Have a total understanding of all the products on the menu, and to share this with the customer. Know what it is, how to describe its taste and the price.
• A complete understanding of steps of service Maintain your standards throughout your shift, make sure nothing is left unfinished at the end of your shift.
• Maximize sales and revenue by working efficiently.
• Complete all assigned opening and closing procedures and running duties.
• Quarterly training and tests to ensure the highest standards are always maintained.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 16 per week
