BIM Technician
Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented BIM Technician to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing digital models of our construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the design and construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models meet project requirements.
- Assist in the coordination of design and construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Technician or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
