If you’re an skilled publican or retail manager then check out our latest opportunity to run the Blue Bell in Kidderminster on our Partnership Agreement.
The Blue Bell is a traditional terraced pub perfectly situated on the outskirts of town. The pub boasts a two room operation – a games room with pool table and darts board, and a relaxed lounge bar with bench seating. A large beer garden to the rear doubles the footprint of the pub and is a suntrap in the sunshine. There is a small pub kitchen which the new operator can put their menu in and catering to bar and team food.
This is a great prospect for an licensee who is passionate about their local community. The site currently takes on average £2,000 per week, but has the potential to achieve up to £5k a week by developing a strong sales plan for the business.
We are looking for a licensee/s who can build strong links within the local community and has the drive to boost sales and drive the Blue Bell to reach its’ full potential.
