BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Are you a designer with a sharp creative edge and the ambition to shape brands at the highest level? We’re looking for someone exceptional to join our team—a designer ready to make a meaningful impact across branding, advertising, and packaging. As part of our in-house design team, you’ll enjoy the depth and continuity that other roles often lack. Your work won’t stop at handoff; you’ll see its impact, refine it, and be part of the business success it drives.

We’re looking for someone ambitious, detail-focused, and committed to excellence—ready to contribute to a team where precision and creativity lead the way.

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 2.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Lisburn, BT28

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand creation.
  • Editorial/layout design.
  • Create beautiful and engaging advertising and brand imagery.
  • Uphold and enhance all brands within our portfolio.
  • Digital illustration.
  • Confident in video creation and motion graphics.
  • Experienced in UX and UI design.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite and more.
  • Working independently or as part of the wider team.
  • Prepare files for print.
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualification in a designed-based discipline.
  • At least 1-year recent experience in similar, diverse design role.
  • Proficient in core Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator).
  • An impressive portfolio of work.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the latest trends and your role within a commercial environment.
  • Professional approach to time, cost and deadlines.
  • Confident and assertive.
  • Professional attitude and demeanour.
  • Adaptable / Flexible approach to work.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with motion graphics tools and Cinema 4D (or equivalent)
