Bulgarian speaking Office Consultant
Job Description
Biurokrat office based in Crewe, is looking to hire an office consultant with Bulgarian language.
Biurokrat offers a wide range of services – accounting, welfare benefit services, translations notary services and all kinds of administrative services as well as money transfers.
✔ Requirements:
✅ Mandatory knowledge of English and Bulgarian.
✅ Applicants with experience in the administrative field will be given priority.
✅ Good knowledge of social legislation and the benefits system in the UK.
✅ Good communication with clients, ability to work in a team, willing to work under pressure, ability to concentrate in details.
✅ The applicant must be living within 30 miles radius from the office.
✔ Obligations:
✅ Face-to-face customer service.
✅ Answering phone calls and replying to emails.
✅ Telephone communication with government institutions such as HMRC and DWP.
✅ Maintaining the company’s profile on social networks.
