The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a school leaver to start a career in customer services and business administration. The role is designed to provide comprehensive training through a fully funded Level 3 Customer Services Apprenticeship, enabling you to grow and develop alongside our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing telephone and email communications.
• Processing and acknowledging customer orders.
• Preparing customer quotations.
• Supporting procurement activities.
• Assisting with credit control (customer payments and supplier payouts).
• Conducting cost, time, and spend analysis.
• Data entry and analysis.
• General administrative tasks.

Working Hours:

• 40 hour week.
• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 – 12:30 (Half-day Fridays!)

Salary:

· £8.0 per hour

· Annual salary £16,640
