Business Development Administrator
Job Description
Max Energy Ltd are looking to recruit a Business Development Administrator to join an expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within the company, whilst learning in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Support:
Provide valuable support to the Business Development Team to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations. Accurately completing and updating project documentation and issuing to customers in a timely manner.
Team Support:
Be the pivotal engagement between the Business Development Team, Estimating, Design, Operations and Customers.
Customer Data Management:
Update records in the customer sales database/CRM. Maintain an organised and efficient system for information and documentation.
Industry Compliance:
Collate project details with relevant certificates and documents for the products installed
Flexible approach to working hours
Ensure all associated administration duties are carried out in line with company procedures
Ensure that a professional and courteous approach is adopted at all times
Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others
And any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time.
Essential:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs especially Word and Excel
· Attention to detail and diligent
· Ability to learn quickly
· Have a methodical, accurate and process focused approach
Desirable:
· Previous experience in a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
