Business Development Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Innovation Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in three core areas of our business: social media management, business development, and quality assurance, amongst others. If you are an enthusiastic, ambitious, young professional, eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact, then this role could be perfect for you.
There will be a performance review at the end of the induction period, where the success of the candidate will be reviewed. Progression of the role will be discussed based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and oversee creative social media strategies to build on the company’s brand, visibility, and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms while maintaining the company’s tone and objectives.
- Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve better results.
Business Development
- Conduct research to identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team on projects to explore approaches for company growth.
- Support the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and analyses to inform decision-making.
Quality Assurance
- Help maintain and enhance quality standards across all business areas.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Work with teams to identify improvement areas, whilst maintaining a culture of continuous development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
