The Role:

The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of proven success in business development within engineering or manufacturing
- Strong technical background with an understanding of precision engineering principles
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at explaining complex technical concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred)
