You will be part of the Safeguarding and Standards, Business Support team where you will play an important role in the lives of the children of Doncaster.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Taking electronic minutes in various formats for child protection conferences, looked after children meetings and LADO meetings within set deadlines (some of the meetings are live on screen)
  • Providing comprehensive, efficient, effective administration support to all team members, liaise with professionals, external agencies and representatives, internal colleagues and members of the public
  • Dealing with enquires from both internal and external customers ensuring that a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Updating records in excel and case management systems

The postholders should have previous experience of minute-taking, good organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently to strict deadlines. These roles require strong minute-taking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

A typing test will form part of the interview process.
