We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing various equipment and devices. As a Repair Technician, you will play a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient and effective repairs.

Duties

• Diagnose and repair faults in equipment, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future malfunctions.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in repair processes.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in good working order and comply with safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their repair needs.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A relevant qualification or certification in engineering or electronics would be beneficial but not mandatory.
