Salary – £11.45
Shifts and schedule – Monday to Friday,
Full time (22.5) and part time hours available
No weekends
Permanent / Term time

Main duties (these are dynamic and may change)
Safety –
· Safe drop off and collections at the beginning and end of the school day including implementing passwords and escorting children safely between play spaces.
· Ensure the health and safety requirements are met, including general housekeeping and risk assessments.
Facilitation –
· Planning and Preparing fun, engaging, and creative activities in collaboration with the children and practitioners.
· Provide indoor and outdoor play opportunities to develop, creativity, life skills and holistic development.
· Prepare breakfast and snack ensuring allergen and dietary requirements are met, fostering social development and promoting independence, following company and national guidance
Support –
· Work in partnership with the staff and children in your group to ensure key worker journals are completed and children’s goals and wishes are considered to inform planning.
· Reflect on and evaluate practice, working with the senior team to identify next steps, training needs and CPD
· Ensure your knowledge of children’s individual information is current through reading and updating individual care and medical plans with support from the senior team.
· Teamwork by attending and participating in training and team meetings.

Applicants will be required to meet the qualification and registration requirements set out by the SSSC.
Desired qualifications – SSCYP Level 6 or equivalent
Essential – Must be willing to work towards relevant qualification standards within the time scale required for SSSC registration.
