Care Planning and Quality Manager

Job Overview
Ensuring that we provide the highest standard of care is paramount to us as an organisation. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, community based manager to supervise the onboarding process for new service users and monitor and enforce the highest standards of care in the communities we work in.
This job is mainly based in the community but also entails some office time.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring care plans are accurate, up to date, and relevant to the service. This includes coordinating the electronic care plan process and reviewing care plans.
- Conduct quality monitoring activities across the business, taking action to resolve any quality issues that arise.
- Support the Registered Manager in managing, investigating, reporting, and developing improvement plans resulting from complaints.
- Prepare detailed reports on planning activities, quality assurance metrics, and compliance status.
- To support the manager with the on call rota
Skills
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements and care planning principles and quality assurance practices.
- Prior experience at a senior level in a care setting
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £32,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Quality assurance: 1 year (preferred)
- Home care: 3 years (preferred)
- care planning: 1 year (required)
