Location: Birmingham and Telford Area
Shifts: 8am – 8pm (Day Shift) | 8pm – 8am (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time (No hour restrictions)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Birmingham and Telford area. This role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts, providing essential support in a supported accommodation setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support and care to residents in a supported accommodation environment.
• Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Implement care plans and follow procedures to ensure the safety and health of residents.
• Monitor and record changes in residents’ conditions, reporting to the healthcare team as necessary.
• Encourage and assist with the development of residents’ skills to promote independence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related support role.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (both day and night).
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK (No visa sponsorship provided).
• Must not be limited to 20 hours per week; full availability is required.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic nature.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
