Candidates must have previous experience as either a Senior Care Assistant or Care Supervisor working in the UK with elderly clients.

You will be comfortable with a range of duties ranging from:

– Visiting new clients and their families to discuss their care needs
– Completing risk assessments
– Care Worker spot checks
– Devising care plans with the registered manager
– Office care admin work
