Carer / PA / Personal Assistant – Crewe CW2 and Alsager ST7

£17 per hour

Working with two brothers with Duchenne on a 1:1 Basis

Who we are.

We are two brothers living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), and we manage our own care team. Despite DMD’s challenges, we are dedicated to living independently and joyfully.

Our goal is to create a supportive community with compassionate Personal Assistants who become part of our extended family. By working with us, you will help us navigate daily challenges and pursue our passions, turning obstacles into opportunities and enriching our lives.

This requires a full driving licence.

Shifts to be split with one brother in Crewe and the other in Alsager so be aware of this.

Full training will be provided but experience in working with someone with long term conditions is favourable but not essential.

A DBS will be paid for by the employer.

Shifts are 12hrs per day 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am this includes night shifts.

Hourly pay rate is £17.00 per hour.

Enhanced Bank Holiday rates 1.5x

Full time 24 hours a week
