16 hours a week worked over 3 days

We require an enthusiastic, caring, committed and engaging individual to support a mildly autistic 28-year-old male

The applicant should have strong communication skills, an individual who wants to make a positive difference to someone’s life, assisting an intelligent and energetic male who experiences learning difficulties.

The role involves helping him to live independently within his home and to support him to pursue his hobbies such as enjoying the outdoors and daily walks and also to engage him with activities out in the community.

A car will be provided to take the client to and from chosen activities, candidates should ideally have a clean driving licence

Experience in autism including managing and supporting an individual with occasional challenging behaviours is essential.

A DBS will be required and paid for by the employer.

16hrs a week to be worked over 3 days.

Potential future scope for additional hours.

£16.00 per hour paid calendar monthly.
