What we are looking for:

Join our dedicated team of professionals specializing in high-standard general repairs, damp and mould remediation, and comprehensive refurbishment activities for housing properties. We pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class customer service while adhering to the highest safety, quality, and cost control standards.

You will be working in our tenanted properties, as well as the commercial and communal areas, under our Livin contract. Your tasks will include installing or repairing doors, windows, skirting boards, fencing, and much more. It would be advantageous for candidates to have experience in repairs or installations of garage doors. Permanent – Full Time 42.5 hours per week Monday-Friday

Up to £31,060.00 per annum + company van and fuel card

This contract provides a 24-hour Housing repair service. This post offers the opportunity to participate in additional hours, which can potentially boost earnings by approximately £5k per annum, based on weekend work or call out if suitably skilled in other areas of construction. Participation is optional and not mandatory.

As a Carpenter/joiner you will be working in our tenanted properties, working alongside the local councils. Location: Hammersmith & Fulham

Full Time Permanent

Salary up to £35,343.00 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card

42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)
