Location: Midlands

Job Description

Our client Trustmarlowe is looking for experienced Kitchen Fitters / Multi-traders to join their team for a large social housing contract based in the Midlands. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• Must have tools to be self-sufficient
• Must hold a valid Driving License
• Must hold current Asbestos Awareness certification
• CSCS card required

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up sites prior to commencement
• Performing first fix and second fix carpentry for new extensions
• Door widening
• Kitchen installation
• Repairing and restoring existing plasterwork, including patching holes and cracks
• Clearing sites upon completion
• Working on sites across the region, filling in tasks between subcontract packages
• Assisting the site management team with maintaining a safe and clean site
• Property repair and maintenance
• General building works
