In this role, you will tackle diverse property-related cases, ranging from maintenance issues to council-related matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle assigned cases, each with a detailed case study, specific deliverables, and a time or cost estimate for completion.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to property management, including maintenance, tenant concerns, council-related queries, and other operational matters.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for each case, documenting actions taken, hours worked, and outcomes achieved.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and local authorities, to facilitate case resolution.
  • Manage cases on an hourly or end-to-end basis, depending on the scope and complexity.
  • Provide regular updates on case progress and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Ensure all case closures meet quality standards and are aligned with company protocols.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle varied and dynamic situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
