Job Title: Special Case Handler – Property and Residential Accommodation Support
Location: Remote/Flexible, with occasional site visits if required

We are a property management company specializing in student and residential accommodation. We are seeking detail-oriented and resourceful individual to join our team as Special Case Handler. In this role, you will tackle diverse property-related cases, ranging from maintenance issues to council-related matters. This is an opportunity to work independently, leveraging your problem-solving skills to resolve cases efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle assigned cases, each with a detailed case study, specific deliverables, and a time or cost estimate for completion.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to property management, including maintenance, tenant concerns, council-related queries, and other operational matters.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for each case, documenting actions taken, hours worked, and outcomes achieved.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and local authorities, to facilitate case resolution.
- Manage cases on an hourly or end-to-end basis, depending on the scope and complexity.
- Provide regular updates on case progress and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure all case closures meet quality standards and are aligned with company protocols.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle varied and dynamic situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in property management, tenancy matters, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with residential and student accommodation sectors.
- Basic understanding of local council processes and property maintenance issues.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in case management or customer support roles.
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations related to student and residential accommodations.
- Proficiency in using case management software or CRM systems.

Pay:
- Hourly basis: £15+ per hour (depending on the complexity of the case)
- End-to-end cases: Fixed project-based quotes
Experience:
- Property management, case handling, or a related field: 1 year (preferred)
Location:
- Flexible; occasional on-site visits may be required depending on the case.
Work Hours:
- Flexible; based on case assignments and deadlines.
