1. Start at Empire Casino
Begin at our flagship Empire Casino in Leicester Square, dealing our fast-paced, high-volume games and refine your core skills.

2. Develop your skills and take control of your career

Be trained on Punto Banco and Heads Up Hold’em through our in-house training schools and be exposed to some of the best Punto Banco action in London.

Deal in our exclusive private gaming area – Dragon Lounge. Here you get to experience Mayfair style gaming within the heart of Leicester Square.

3.Explore Opportunities in Premium London clubs
The next step would be to experience development opportunities via away days and short-term transfers to our premium London clubs.

• Training & Development: We’ll prepare you for success through regular training and exposure to high-end games, including the exclusive Dragon Lounge at Empire Casino. We will also train you on new games such as Punto Banco through our in-house training schools.
• Multi Skill Opportunities: The journey doesn’t end in in your casino dealer role – we also have opportunities to work and develop skills in other areas of our business such as Reception, Cashdesk, Electronic Gaming and Poker.
• Competitive Salary + Tips: Earn a competitive base salary plus tips.

Criteria:

• Minimum of 3 months of gaming experience
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ overall gaming experience before being selected for transfers to our premium London venues
• Ability to deal a minimum 3 table games including American Roulette, Blackjack and Three Card Poker.
• Agreement to deal on our live online gaming tables
• Punto Banco and Heads Up Hold’em are viewed favourably
• Hold a PFL licence
• Customer service focussed
• Fully flexible – Nights and shift work essential
