They understand that profitability comes from delivering real peace of mind motoring for our customers, and they get everyone at the Centre on board with it. There are some great rewards that come with being a Centre Manager, and there’s room to move up to Master Manager and beyond. These are the perks of joining one of the biggest car servicing and repair companies in the UK. Up for it? Then keep reading.
The Day to Day
As Centre Manager, the day-to-day order of business is your call—you’re responsible for making sure we can turn around every job that we need to each day. Every Centre Manager brings their own style to doing this but, ultimately, it comes down to making the Centre a great place to work where everyone wants to give it their all. It also means getting creative about how you connect with customers. Got a great idea that will help your Centre stand out from the competition? You’ll be empowered to implement it and reap the rewards in bonuses.
Who we’re looking for
We want to meet autocare professionals with a proven track record in a customer-facing management role. You’ll have earned your stripes fixing cars and managing teams and have the kind of charm that builds our reputation in the community. Confident in your abilities, yet open minded about new ways to increase profit, you’ll run the Centre like it’s your own business—taking ownership of equipment, stock and skills development and reaping the rewards when you thrive. Personal development will also be high on your list, and you’ll want to develop behaviours that make you a better manager and drive your career.
The Perks
You’ll be in for some of the best benefits in the industry. They include: • Discount at supermarkets and high street retailers • Up to 50% off at Kwik Fit • Wagestream—access your wages before payday • Eyecare—free examinations and discounted/free glasses • Easy-book appointments with a free online GP • Cycle-to-work scheme • Free mortgage advice • Life assurance • Employee Assistance Programme • Full-pay paternity leave
