Children’s Senior Support Worker
Job Description
Children’s Senior Support Worker required for a Fabulous 3x Bedded EBD home in New Brighton (CH45). This will mean the young people display challenging behaviours, attachment disorders, past trauma, ADHD and mental health challenges.
The company is a non – profit run organisation which prioritises the outcomes for the young people and regularly takes the young people on international trips.
You would have a fabulous staff team to be able to work with and there will be progression opportunities.
This position is perfect for someone who is looking to make a real & meaningful difference in the lives of children & young people who have experienced trauma and abuse.

✅ £14.85 per hour (160 hours per month)
✅ £60 per sleep in
✅ 2 day on 4 days off (10 shifts per month)

✅ Senior’s will be put the Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
The role as Children’s Senior Support Worker involves:
⚡ Organising and accompanying the young people on social activities and appointments
⚡ Building relationships with young people
⚡ Recording the young person’s activity & reporting key aspects of their care
⚡ Promoting the young person’s independence and developing their life skills
The ideal Children’s Senior Support Worker Candidate will have:
⭐ Experience of working with vulnerable children and young people
⭐ Excellent communication skills
⭐ The ability to build strong and trusting relationships with young people
⭐ The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
⭐ Resilience and a positive outlook
⭐ A good level of IT literacy
